This pandemic has signaled many outdated ways of working. Most companies have been forced to migrate their employees to a remote working condition without structure or preparation, and thus many people are losing their jobs. My proposal would be to create a framework that involves: 1) Remote working best practices and organizational design2) How to implement these BPs 3) Best tools and methodologies to migrate your employees to remote working4) Budgeting advantages and legal backgrounds per country5) Remote working screening and assessment of competencies that actually tell you if someone can work from home or not. 6) Contingency plans for professions that can't be migrated to remote. 7) Asynchronous communications for better services.
