UNICEF and Socialab ??should cooperate with schools and universities to conduct training for young people who want to commit to volunteer and provide first shelter for victims of natural disasters. This training may include how to handle sick, injured, and rescue victims trapped in homes that were destroyed by the disaster. For me a lot of young people who are interested to help and willing to take the time to do this, because it is very commendable. Start now to make this process because no one knows tomorrow or the next day and the unfortunate events will occur. If a lot of people who help, this work would not be burdensome and grieve the hearts of many people.
