This project is a training for teachers to develope creative environments in their academic planning, a playful and reflective workshop that allows to increase creative environments, up from their own knowledge, experience and skills.The development of creative skills and methods for linking new ideas is initially given at school. This is aimed at meeting the future needs of everyday work, which will adapt the changes and risks, to the matching needs of complex societies.
